RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING
During the selection process, two senior personnel interview the potential trainees. After the selection, the trainees undergo a training course, which is recognized by the Department of Labour. The training is conducted by an instructor for Grades A, B, C, D & E with strict adherence to the terms of the SO Act of 1987. Thereafter the certificates of the guards including their fingerprints are sent to SIRA in Pretoria for registration. As a rule, our officers are sent to SIRA in Pretoria for registration. As a rule, our officers are issued with a certificate on successful completion of the various courses.

MODE OF TRAINING
Training is mostly experiential with theoretical inputs from the instructors. Each subject is tested by a written test and a practical evaluation. Trainers are expected to obtain a minimum of 60% in each subject at a pass mark for the course. After successful completion of the written tests, the trainee is also expected to pass the practical evaluation in each subject.
EMPOWERMENT AND SKILLS TRANSFER
The company is committed to empower and develop the previously disadvantaged local communities in the area of conducting business, i.e. providing guidance to small local construction companies where the project is based and also offering Sub Contracting arrangements.
Skills transfer and Capacity Building to clients and other entities in the Civil Engineering and General Building Construction Sector by means of Joint Ventures, Consortiums and Associations.
