During the planning phase, we work closely with your chosen architect and engineer in order to determine the final design as well as the required equipment and building materials for the project. We gather all required documentation such as building permits and contractual agreements. We also create an efficient schedule for the project in order to stay on track.

In the construction phase the planning phase is put into action. We monitor and control progress to ensure the construction project stays within budget and remains on schedule.

Once the construction phase is completed, there are still a few loose ends that need to be tied up. If there are any concerns or disputes, these will be addressed and resolved
